Boutin Valuation is a real estate appraisal and consulting company established March 1, 2008. The company was started in 1963 by N. Richard Boutin, Sr., MAI and was sold to his son, N. Richard Boutin, Jr., MAI, in 1987. The company has gone through several ownership and name changes and has now returned to it’s original heritage, a family owned business.

Mark S. Boutin - Mark has worked with Boutin Valuation since February of 1997. Real estate valuation assignments have included a large variety of residential and commercial properties. Mark has performed numerous assignments for attorneys representing private property owners and various government agencies. In addition, Mark has performed numerous assignments for lending institutions in regards to commercial and residential properties as well as qualified as a expert witness for several cases in Leon County.
